Broccli Cheese & Rice Casserole
16 oz frozzen broccli
1 C uncooked minute rice
1 C cubed velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can milk
1/4 C melted butter
-Mix all except butter in a 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Pour melted butter over top. Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hour uncoverd. Stir & cook 1/2 covered.
Corn Casserole
This recipe came from Landi B.
1 (15 oz) can whole kernal corn, drained
1 (14 1/2oz) can cream style corn
1 (8oz) pkg jiffy corn muffin mix
1 C sour cream
1 stick butter melted
-mix everything together & pour into a greased 13X9 pan. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or till golden brown.
