- 1 lb hamburger beef
- 1/4 C milk
- 3/4 C chopped onion (optional)
- 2 C bisquick
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 3/4 C water
- 1 cup frozen veggies (optional)
- 1 C cheddar cheese
~Cook beef & onion in 10 in skillet, drain. Stir in soup, veggies, & milk.
~Stir bisquick mix & water in baking dish until moistend, spread evenly.
~Spread beef mixture over batter & sprinkle with cheese.
~Bake for 30 at 350.
