Crunchy Onion Chicken


  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 2 C french fried onions
  • 2 tbls flour
  • 1 egg
  1. Crush french fried onions in a bag with flour
  2. Dip chicken in egg
  3. Coat chicken with onion & flour mixture
  4. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
